SEIDCON continuously refreshes and adds to our technical staff.  We are always searching for qualified technical and management personnel, particularly in the following areas:  Information Assurance (IA); IT Security Engineering; Cybersecurity; System/Software  Engineering; QA/QC:  Training of government/contractor personnel and systems/applications usage; TIER II Help-Desk support; and fraud, waste and abuse of very large government programs executed by contractors. 

 

Our labor categories are:

 

·         Cybersecurity Engineers – Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), Master Level, Senior through Junior levels;

·         System/Software Engineers/Computer Scientists  – SME’s, Senior through Junior levels

·         QA/QC Engineers – Analysts – SME’s, Senior through Junior levels

·         Training – Senior and mid-level;

·         Fraud, Waste and Abuse skilled personnel – SME’s, Senior level;

·         Help-Desk Support:  Senior through Junior levels

 

SEIDCON provides, at no cost to our employees, on-line professional courses for all IA, Project Management (E.g., PMP), ISO and other certification classes often required by the federal government to execute their contracting requirements.  These classes are conducted on our employees’ own time, and personnel are available to assist employees with verifying they have executed each class satisfactorily.  Other benefits provided by SEIDCON include an excellent 401K plan; exceedingly comprehensive medical plans with choice of plan; strong dental and eye glass coverage; significant life-insurance coverage; and many other benefits, including pre-selected list of attorneys at no cost for the first hour and 25% reduction in price should an employee select one.  We offer 10 days of vacation each year, with 5 days sick leave:  Both of which are accrued over time.  With accrual of years in our company, your vacation increases until you accrue 4 weeks of vacation time.  We have 10 holidays per year, one of which we try to make a personal holiday that employees can schedule on their own.
