This BPA is for contractor support and assistance with Security Services including IT Certification and Accreditation (PHASE I), IT Certification and Accreditation (PHASE II), Independent verification and Validation (PHASE IV&V), Telecommunications and Technology Solutions, Systems Integration,  Network Engineering, Information Assurance (Security) and Knowledge Management.
